It is with sadness that the Canadian Celtic Arts Association announces the passing of their friend and past president, Sean Ward, on Thursday September 3, 2009 at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto. Sean is survived by his wife Grainne and his son, Declan. Sean served a term as president of the Canadian Celtic Arts Association and was a tremendous supporter of the Celtic Studies Program at St. Michael's College, University of Toronto. As an expression of symapthy, a memorial donation to L'Arche Daybreak, 11339 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill ON L4S 1L1 would be appreciated. |
